If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Youngevity® International will issue you a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened). In-store credits will be applied to your account up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Youngevity® International does not refund shipping and handling fees. Distributors/Preferred Customers may return merchandise by completing the following process:

  • Call Youngevity® at 1 (800) 982-3189 Monday thru Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
  • You will receive appropriate return instructions from a Youngevity Agent
  • Ship products via carrier of choice to:

Once product is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.
